Chicken, partially thawed
3/4 c. flour
1 t. pepper
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. season salt
1 t. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
1/2 t. salt
Spice it up: 1/4 t. crushed red pepper
This is an all purpose recipe for chicken. We use it on popcorn chicken, chicken fingers, wings or chicken filets for sandwiches or with country gravy and potatoes.
