Tasty and simple! Use any type baked bread. Cut deep horizontal and vertical lines. Put sliced cheese (or real cheese--we like mozzarella) in between these. Add chives (We'd also add garlic cloves and some butter!)...bake, grill, or broil for 5 to 10 mins! Yum!
